Yep! resistance bands are great and bodylastics has a nice all-inclusive set, comes with a booklet or video and an anchor, 4 tubes and handles.
You can also put in that you have bands when you sign up for a program here and it will generate a workout for you using bands!
Don't cheat yourslef by just working chest, shoulders and arms - your biggest results will come from working big compound movements with your legs, squats, lunges and deadlifts. They are good calorie burners and growth stimulators, which translates into fat loss and definition!
