Have a Gym Ball and need exercise routine for the ball. I have lower back problems and need to strengthen and tone. I also need to have an all over body tone.
Do some work w/that swiss ball every other day. And get a billy blanks dvd w/a set of billy bands, also. Do this every other day for 8 weeks. Let me know how it goes for ya'
