On my warm up set, say 20, should I make the weight so I can just get 20 out. If so should I up the weight every week, or should I just use a comfortable weight and keep it at that weight every week. Thanks for any help.

Warm up is warm up..... Don't fatigue your muscles with this set (you'll need the energy for the sets coming after).

Of course you need to feel the muscles getting warmer, but absolutely no pain (or lactid acid).

In time, the weights will go up. However, it is more important (as Nina kinda pointed out) to go heavier with the subsequent sets. You'll definitely need the energy then...
