He was being sarcastic. Spend some time in the forums. Use the fitBuddy Search.

Mix it up with 1 week going sets of 6 on your 1st routine and then the next week sets of 1 to 3.

What I have been doing that works great for me is start each bi routine with weighted chins and I will put on my dip belt and put enough weight for 3 to 4 sets of 6 and then do barbell sets of 9 after that you can cool off with 3 sets of 12.

Then the week following I will do weighted chins were I can barely get in 2 reps and repeat 4 times then go grab a barbell and do sets of 6 to 9 depending on how bad then sets of 2 beat me up will dictate how many reps on the barbell.

If it's mass you want don't piss in the wind with iso stuff on your 1st routine or 2 save it for a 3rd if you must.

I disagree with cheat curls because I believe you take away from the bicep when swinging with momentum and when doing this your working other muscles including your calves when it's the bicep you should be focused on. Just watch someone cheat on a lift and the 1st move is always with the legs and not the arm.

By the way you have to do more then just that meaning I deadlift, bench, dip, pull, military, row, squat and ect.

What I'm saying is don't just do what I said I do and not put in a total body regime in or you'll be disappointed!
