Don't wait between repetitions. Wait for around one minute (30-90 secs) between each set.

I don't wait at all between reps or sets.My workout is nonstop for about 45 minutes to an hour.

I take it you probably meant between sets. This is according to your goals. If you are trying to build mass and strenght, wait longer.Up to 2 minutes or more(providing you are using heavy weights). If training more for toning/endurance, rest less, 30 seconds to to 45. If supersetting, this is considered one set, and rest after the completion of the two for a minute or so, or even how you feel. We don't know what your goals are, even if you are male or female. You didn't fill out your profile. Please fill in and let us help you more.
