You'll have to reduce your overall bodyfat but one thing you can do, is some butt kicking pec workouts to give to give yourself more definition. I've seen some folks with fairly low bodyfat that still had that problem. Sometimes genetics just don't work in your favor.

Even if you do suffer from Gynecomastia, it is remarkable what a well developed set of pecs can hide also building up your back will spread out the chest and give a good degree of flatness. you may not have Gynecomastia if your your pretty fat (fat men do have boobs without it being Gynecomastia) so dont worry about it too much untill you have lost a good deal of your overall fat.
