reducing fat %

hey guys .. i have been working out on the bowflex for about 5 months and just started to go to the gym for about 2 weeks now ..

over that period of time i have definatly noticed a difference .. and i am pretty happy w/ the results

but id like to lose a little fat on my stomach .. love handles .. and a very little on my chest .. how would i go about doing this.. im only 15 and i eat pretty healthy .. but i would just like to lose that little bit of fat i have left ..

if you could just let me know what excersices to do that would be great

Well, you can't spot reduce... sorry... it's all diet when it comes to the 'love handles.' You really have to keep an eye on what you put into yourself to lower the fat %...

Set up a profile and get some exercises from FT in regards to abs... it'll help, but the six pack only comes with a great diet...

Sometimes you really have to aalyze what you are eating. Take a look at the carbs and sugars you are consuming. Like from processed foods, and cereals, as well as beverages.

well being 15 .. im not really sure what i should eat .. right now i think i eat pretty healthy but maybe i dont..
im confused on what i should eat for each meal of the day to lower my fat %.. by the time july comes id like to have lost my love handels ..

if you have any advice on what my diet should be please let me know

Eat fresh meat, vegetables and fish whenever possible. If it comes ready to eat in a box or a bag, try to eat less of it or none at all. This isn't a 100% foolproof test but it's a good start. Drink water instead of sodas. Get enough rest.

cardio, clean diet cradio, clean diet, If you want low body fat, need those along with weight training, all the abb excercises in the world won't help them show, unless you get rid of the fat over them.

yea and i need to know how to do that .. i mean i thought i had a pretty good diet but i guess not .. i never drink soda always water.. ill eat like whatever for lunch and dinner .. usually healthy stuff except lunch b/c i dont know if that is since its cafeteria food .. then once in a while ill have a couple baked potato chips or fat freee pringles .. but i dont no what to do

i would need a schedule on what to eat and what kind of cardio to do

another thing .. i mean i could see my upper abs a little .. there not bulging out but i can see them ..

the only place i have to lose is right around my belly button .. i mean i dont look fat .. but theres just that little extra meat right around that area.. and that is my main goal to lose that and tone up in that area

Can't spot reduce.... as tim said....... to get rid of fat you need fewer calories that you burn!
