anyways, I took a looooong break from working out (about 2 yrs) and I used to frequent here all the time on another account which I forgot. But my situation is as follows: Starting to get back into working out and was with my brother at the gym doing bi's/back and he really pushed me to my extreme limit (I know it was a bad choice) and now I am stuck with the worst case of doms I have ever had in my life. Primarily my biceps. Both arms cannot be straightened without horrible pain. Now, I have been taking protein each day and a teespoon of glutamine in my morning OG, and this is the third day with the pain, it has not lessened. What should I be doing besides rest and protein? Would icing be a good idea? Thanks.

-I dont remember if I filled out my profile on this account (I everyone used to be sticklers about blank pages) but I am an 18 year old male, 240lbs. 6"2

Warm bath... ibuprofen might help as well.... if you are really concerned (and it sounds as though you may be) see your doctor.
