I wanted to post this in response to many posts regarding a number of topics. They mostly fall into the "how can I gain mass/steriod use" catagories. Now, I am all for trying new ways to gain mass, but when you are 15 and have been training for only a year or so, you need reality to smack you in the face. One is that you are way to young to be trying drugs and two you need more time to grow.
I started 10 years ago barely able to bench 95lbs now my max is at 325 and climbing. It did not happen over night in fact took many years. I wish all of you could see the long term dangers of drugs and the benefit of doing it the hard way. Please take the time to really look into this as there are many dangers and people that will not give you good advice.
I think that with the proper traiing and eating you can make great gains!

Get the point, guys!
Steroids are damaging to your health, there is no getting around it.

biggest cause was that steroids lower good cholesterol and increase the bad kind...which clogs arteries...and probably was the main cause for his blocked arteries...
