Just kidding...but I am wondering what supplements (I already started to take flax seed and glutamine) and what key foods should I be eating/taking in order to be on the track to compete in figure.

I have read up on the basic principles of eating, etc...(on here too) but also should cardio be done BEFORE or AFTER weights??
