are testosterone levels higher in men who dont or seldom masturbate does it mean more gains in any way or doesnt it really make a difference doesnt it up testosterone levels when you dont.

your age doesn't show up but I seem to remember you're 17 or so. Spank all you want. At your age your body is a veritable testosterone factory. You wont run low until you're pushing 45 or so.

yeah im 17 never could get the profile to work. im just trying to make sure im getting every edge for my training dont want to hurt gains in any way if i dont have to.

LOL! This question is hilarious! pensfan. You're only 17. When I was 17 I was a "hard-gainer" because my body burned up all my calorie intake before I even hit the weights! What you need to do is hit heavier weights and eat alot of protein rich foods. and by heavy I mean heavier then you do now and by lots of food I mean more than you eat now.

yeah and it might not be a good idea to be in the middle of a bench set and taking one hand off the bar and... or during a squat...

i usually lift at home but we lift at school during gym and sometimes its coed mabye i should put the idea to the test...see what happens... this is going nowhere fast...
