Would it be ok if I change the Wide Grip Chin portion of my routine to Wide Grip Machine pulldowns? If so, would I need to change the Reps?
Thank you

Actually it would be better to continue with the pull ups but ask somebody to help holding your knees....
This is the most brilliant exercise for the back out there but it's also one of the most difficult.

I did exactly that SkyDiva. If you are signing up for the Professional edition, it allows you to change exercises out incase you dont have certain equipment! I just substitute the pulldowns and entered that weight for my personal record....

Oh yeah, if you can do em! Hehe, I need a few more months for that!

I'm willing to push myself, but I must be realistic - There is NO WAY I can do the Chin ups right now! But who knows, maybe after this program...
Thank you for your input :-)

No but not alone!! Ask somebody to help you pushing your knees (to get up there!;o) and then work the negative part of the movement yourself; control slooowly the way down......
You'll see, with this you'll get stronger faster than you can ever imagine.
