I am trying to gain some definition and size but really looking for a six pack more than anything. I do hard cardio 3x a week which is Bike for legs followed by abs. I then do a split routine of Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's. Next is Back and Bi's. Sunday is rest day. I eat a diet free of bad fat and fried foods. Am I headed in the right direction? I dont have tons of time ..I can get this done in 30 to 40 min a day. Curious to your thoughts.......
You're heading in the right direction since you're in here among us! Yes circuit training is good when you don't have a lot of time, but when are you training your legs (nooo cardio wont do it)?!! And weight training how many times per week? Every single day the same thing?!!!! My advice is to change program. If you want to gain a little muscle mass (instead of just burning) you should try to start with one of ft's programs.
