hi everyone, here's my update, I started my quest for a new body at 260 lbs, I'm very happy to report that i'm at 237 today!! yipee!! I'm a little concerned though, I have been walking 4 miles a day at 15 mins per mile, and when I first started I was sweating like a pig!!! Now i'm finding that I only sweat if I'm wearing sweats, and barly get misty around my face, I feel like i'm working really hard, i'm pretty tired when i get finished, but I stopped sweating.!! What's going on?? the weight is still dropping, and i'm loosing inches so i know I'm making progress, but I thought sweating would only get more intense as I increased my miles and pace, any advice?

Remember you are now carrying 23lb less weight (try picking up a 23lb dumbbell to see how this feels), so you can now do the same distance easier. Your whole body is also getting more accustomed to doing the work so can handle it with out as much stress as before. In the longer run you will have to increase the intensity (pace) or distance to get the same effects.

Finally major congratulations on the loss :o)

Great to hear of your progress. You should be very proud of your accomplishment. Keep it up!

I think erirvine hit the nail on the head. As your body improves it will take more of an effort to get continued results. Just think, by the end of this you'll be running marathons! lol

Best of luck.
