I'm 6'2" 190. I took over 2 years off from training. I got married, built a house, had a baby, all that fun adult stuff.
Goals and motivation
I want to get back to 200 lbs. and get my strength back. It feels great to be back in the gym again. Now I just have to get my diet in line and everything should work out just fine. I'm having difficulty getting the calories and protein that FT suggests I should get. I'm only managing 3000 calories and 200 grams of protein a day. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
