Last monday is when I started my workout program. I changed my eating, now 6 meals a day of healthy food; water intake, 1 gallon a day, and weights and cardio every other day for 6 days a week.

My question is, what is a realistic timeframe before somebody should expect to see body fat changes? I realize that everyone is different of course. I'm sure I shouldn't expect a whole lot after just a week but I was still hoping for some body fat decrease. hee hee

Although I do feel tons better physically and mentally. Just no measurement type changes yet.

Thanx.

well, just eating healthy won't help you all that much... i mean, you'll be healthy, but you need to calculate your calories, carbs, fats and protein intake... this just scratches the surface, though...

with that taken care of, however, and with you working hard on the gym, i'd say you'd be seeing some noticeable results within the first month... i read your profile and i a lot similar to you when i started (although i am a little shorter than you, but it was scaled down), and i'm sure you'll surprise yourself within four weeks or so...

of course, this initial results won't be anything incredible or anything, but should be enough to get you pumped up about going on and working harder and harder... just hang in there, budd... best of luck to you!

Hey pimple!

Thanx bro for the input. That's kinda what I thought but just wanted to get some outside input from more experienced people. I have read a lot of this stuff but just now putting it into action.

Peace.

You might not notice the changes happening either because you're always looking for them, and they happen gradually - but keep on keepin' on brotha. Try taking a 'before' picture of yourself and compare yourself to that.
