and not on the barbeque! What I am wondering is - here I am now 51 and now notice the old bod aient what she use to be...fat just sticks in places I DON'T WANT IT AT..so in the back region - below the rib cage - how the heck can you get rid of it? I am working out 3x a week - doing a group muscle pump class and doing a 4.1 walk for 2 miles on the treadmill - I've notice some toning but none at all in my back area nor stomach? Any ideas or do I start taking Dexatrim or something (I know..those don't do it either!) BUT UG! Can't afford lipo in todays economy!

With all that being done and including resistance/weights, the only thing to look at is your diet. Are you really cutting back on fat and adding fiber? It makes all the difference. I'm 53 and going through the same stuff.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

I probably need to do something with diet - not a big snacker or eater (still in my 4's) but still feel FAT because we change as we age - UG! Can't figure out how to load a dang pic on this thing either! Ok - back to the basics - dieting!
