was my health teacher high or is there truth behind this you only have to do one set of 10 to failure to get stronger and doin more wont really do to much more for you. because even kids in my class that never lifted a weight in there lives looked at him like he didnt no what he was talkin about he also said that there have been my studys and test to prove what he said was right

It will get you stronger the first couple weeks you do it. after that, not much of anything. And no, it is far from more effective.

Tell your health teacher I am studying physiology, and would like to see these studies. I review case study after case study, and I think this is something I wouldn't miss.
