the weight bars on the weight-machines....don't those usually go in 12lb increments?--just want to make sure i'm recording my progress correctly in my log. The specific machines i'm referring to: the lying leg curl machine & the leg extensions.---also what about the leg press?

doesnt it say on the machine plates themselves? i think they vary.. ive been on ones that increase by 10, 15, or mixtures.

no, actually none of the machines state the actual weight. The bars simply sat 1-2-3-.....and so on. I think some go in tens and others by 20s. I don't really know.:(

If they sat 1, 2, 3 then they are 10 lbs if they are not 10 they will usually say the actual weight. Like at my YMCA we have a lat pull down that goes up by 10, then go up buy 15lb they have the weight listed on it though.
