i have been doing my workouts for the week. i dont have weights at home of any substaintal pounds and the gym at my apartment complex is very minimal, it has a not-so universal machine that stops me from doing certain routines. i have substituted with using my own body weight. my question is how much of your own body weight are you actually using when you do ,say, a set of squats?

I always put down 0 for that since you aren't adding anything & your body varies wieght.

I got a pair of adjustable dumbbells from Wal-mart for under $25 & I'll suggest getting thoses
