Hello, this may be a dumb question but when logging reps, and weights used, if you perform an exercise without weights say ab's, do you log your body weight?

Nope.. because your body weight can change from day to day or hour to hour... just put in a '0' and if you add weight later on, put that in..
And there are no such things as dumb questions...

Eventually when you do abs with a weight, add that weight in.
Some machines have a bar to place the weight on, or you can hold it on your chest.
