I got a workout routine from another web site, and part of the workout says to do 3 sets of hyper extensions. I don't know all that much about working out, like the names of most excersises, but in my limited knowledge hyper extending anything was a bad idea. Anyone know what it may be talking about?
This exercise is described quite well (I believe) under the exercise program resource tab - It has to do with using a type of inverted benchlike machine and bending over at the waist (good for the abs) Wow - its tough for me to describe!!
