putting on weight

hi i've been using freetrainers for a while now, and have been successful:big_smile:.

i started on the home training program and noticed better definition, but as i 'm quite skinny i wud like to put on weight (muscle) but the problem is i only have limited resources such as a few dumbells, is there a program on here where i can work from home and put on wieght?

Congratualtions on your success so far!

Because the stress of heavier weights is what causes the tear-down and rebuild of muscle,you will need heavier resistance to continue to grow.

Try keeping an eye on the used/garage sale/thrifty section of the classified ads. Often people are selling their old weight sets for a good price.
