Hello everyone, My name is Matt, I'm one of the new guys. I used to be BUFF. 180 lbs of lean muscle, but I went down hill, and it turned into 198 lbs of flab. Anyhow for the past week, I have been eating right, and pumping iron along with speed walking. Lost 4 lbs, along with building my chest and arms back into muscle. So far so good. Just giving an update

Great to hear matt....keep it up and keep us posted on your progress. We are here to help out in any way we can, and encouragement is one of them.

I will tell you something. Today was my hardest workout. On Wednesday's I do a shorter work out, trying to heal up you know, but boy in the little time I worked out, my muscles got tired quick. Any suggestions to this.
