pulled muscle care?

Today I pulled my first muscle. Pull my tricep while doing skullcrushers.

Not sure why.. maybe I didn't warm up enough.
Couldn't be because of creatine could it? I just started taking it two days ago and now this happens.

What kind of care do I need for it.. just don't use it for a week or so? It's still safe to do exercises that don't involve the tricep isn't it?

rest, rest, rest and icing is the best care to repair your muscle, yes it is okay to do other exercises, I would avoid arm workouts as the tricep is most common in all of them working as a stabalizer.
