protein supplements??

Would it be woth me spending most of my money on this stuff?? I live in England so it is probably different to the US, but what would you recommend? Do they also provide you with calories??

Protein is by fat your number one supplement, but you can even save money with it if you can gnaw through the required amount for you. By your profile, you want to gain mass, I would probably opt for an MRP like Myoplex, you will get more quality calories that you need for mass(protein and carbs), with higher calorie content for mass. Take 2 of these in addition to your meals 5-6 per day to up your calorie count.
