tuna, skinless chicken breasts, egg whites, extra lean beef, bison, ostrich, black beans, and sparingly, supplements.

actually i hit 180g/protien and i don't go above 30g/fat. a slight difference. as of right now, i have taken in 160g of protein and only 23g/fat. if i eat another tuna packet i'll be at 181g/protein and 23.5g/fat. it's possible, your math is wrong.

boxer howdie knows her stuff you asked she answered! And I personally eat 3-4 cans of tuna per day. Also the amount of fat she takes in has nothing to with burning it on cardio.

what are you talking about? i don't subract fat grams for how much cardio i do, that's just silly. i don't eat more than 6 oz of tuna in a day. that's 2 packets (42g/protein, 1g/fat, 180 calories). i put a scoop of whey in my oatmeal(or yogurt) for breakfast, i drink a pwo shake, i eat egg whites, maybe a chicken breast, and if i'm still lacking i'll have an mrp.

sometimes you have to do "ridiculous" things to reach your nutrition goals, but to people who are committed to eating properly, it's not ridiculous, it's normal. reaching your recommended intake is possible if you want it to be.

boxer, i'm not offended i'm just trying to show you that it's possible to do without making any special deductions. it is not an easy thing to do, but you CAN do it if you are dedicated enough. it doesn't matter to me if people think what i do is weird — at least i have a body i'm proud of to show for it.

If you want to achieve your goals then listen to those on this board who have already achieved what you want or know what to do for you to get there instead of questioning us listen. we can only do so much the rest is up to you to execute it and you will see results i promise you.gl

.5 to 1 gram is about what most take. It also depends on what your body can take and use and what your workout is like.
