i am 15 years old and i workout 3 times a day. i bought whey protein powder. how much powder should i be taking for my age ? i weigh 128 pounds and i am 5'9 should i be taking it before i workout or before and after ?

30g per shake is good. I'd try as much as possible to get your protein requirements from whole foods. Dont take more than 2 shakes a day. I would take the 1-2 shakes either in the morning or after a workout.
