hi, im 18, and i take creatine, but i was wondering if i should start drinking protein drinks, i eat well as far as meat and stuff goes, but i was wondering if i take protein drinks as well if i will gain muscle, or fat with it, because i concentrate on my abs alot.? if someone could help me id be thankfull... thanks alot..

Well I would keep on the good nutrition. You are still young and the creatine and the protien will help you along the way. Just make sure the protien you are using is loww in fat. Like under 1grm per serving. You should try and get 1 grm of protien per lb of body weight.

Philia2: ive been training for about 2 years now, and i lift monday through friday, and saturday and sunday i run for 30min... actually im doing the 12 week program offered by freetrainers at the moment along with the 12 week ab program... the thing is that i wanna put on more muscle mass, but still keep the chisled abs...

You should strive for a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight at the very least strength training. If you are not getting enough in your whole food consumption, then a protein drink may very well be in order for you. In fact, I know of no one trying to put on muacle that has any success that doesn't use a protein supplement. Just remember, it is a "supplement". There is no magic involved, just feeding your hungry muscles adequate nutrition they need to grow.
