This is only my second day at FT, and I just wanted to say what an AWSOME WEB PAGE.
Now then, I just started working out last week, and I belive i pulled my right bicep. :angry: So now I am taking a week off and tring to heal. But what is the best way to stretch or warm-up before an exercise?
You can warm up either by doing some cardio to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing, but better still do a warm up for each exercise you do by doing the first set with a light weight.
