Ok if you don't feel a burning sensation in the muscle that you're working are you pretty much destined to make no progress? My muscles get fatigued but it doesn't seem like they are getting the same workout as they were some weeks ago... also growth in my bicep has stopped it seems..

you dont necessarily need the burning in your muscles as long as you are training to failure. with your biceps you may have hit a plateau.. change the angles, exercises, order of your routine, or throw in some supersets, dropsets, etc. to restimulate growth. dont let your body get used to your program, keep switching it up to maximiae results.
