i was wondering can i change the days of my exercise routine? what i mean to say is that i put in the fitness plan that im willing to workout 3 days a week, but thats only because i have finals this month, after that ill be back home and willing to work out 5-7 days/week. How do i do this, can i do this?

you can change anytime - it just starts over anytime you do. I would stick with the 3 days if you will be returning to school next semester & do cardio on the the other days when you are home
thing is, i have finals from now till the 22nd, then im off for 3 weeks and school starts again.. is there anyway to do this without restarting the whole thing?
kuz now im at 3 days, id like to move up to 5 on my days off and then go to 4 when school starts up again.
