Hi, I was just wondering if MRP bar is enough to eat before a workout? And do you still have to wait atleast an hour before working out? thanks

The best pre workout meal will consist of a lean protein source, a good complex carb, and some fiber. Hit the gym in about 1 1/2 hrs.

That would be excellent. Throw in a bit of whey for some extra protein/quality aminos.

i usually have either pasta or rice and beans as my pre workout meal... there's usually some sort of meat and/or some eggs to go along with that...
