I got a question regarding my post workout routine. Today, I did my chest, then did 30 mins of cardio... After my cardio I want to do the Winsor Pilates 8 Minute Ab Workout, which is already set in my VCR ready to go. But on my drive home - which takes about 10 mins- i drink my protien shake. And by the time I'm home, I am too full to do my abs. Should I come home , do my 8 minutes ab workout, then drink my protien shake? My goal is to lose bodyfat and preserve muscle. And is a bagel a tolerable source of CarB for a post workout meal? Thanks

Yes , drink shake after abs... or just sip it ....
Yes bagel is a high glycemic carb so it's good to spike insulin to better absorb nutrients postworkout....make sure to pair it with whey protein(whey liquid protein gets absorbed fastest) or another high quality, well absorbing protein(e.g. eggs or egg whites)...

I also highly suggest supplementing with fish oil ....capsules, liquid, etc....3g in the morning , 3 g at night....great at preserving muscle while dieting....if u get 'fish burps' or other such unpleasant sideeffects try 'enteric' coated ones....thought eating them with breakfast or a snack should eliminate most problems...

oh i seeee. OK thanks.
But when it comes to fish oil in the morning and at night, I just mix half a tblspoon of flaxseed oil (7g. of fat) in my protien shake in meals number 5 and 6, which are low carb meals by the way. IM guessing thats alright too?

That would be fine. Fish oil benefits are reaped more from chronic use than acute use.
