Hi everyone, I'm trying to decide what kind of equipment would be good for doing in home training with clients. So far I have found some good resistance tubing devices & even a portable aerobic cycle that can be used with a chair or even lying on the floor. Any suggestions or links would be greatly appriciated.

Im not sure if this is what your looking for, but a little while ago I cam across some dumbell-block things. I forget what they were called, but they were very compact and had a wide range of weights. you could take weight off or add it on all in one block. Pretty cool. Not so good for those really lifting heavy or training for competition, but would work for what you need.

I have a BOSU for training people in-home, different sets of tubing with attachments, swiss balls, medicine balls.
If you know how to do manual resistance exercises you can give clients a killer workout with a broomstick.
You don't really need a lot of equipment for cardio - if they have high ceilings a jumprope is great, if they dont than they can do jumping jacks, etc.

A BOSU (Both Sides Up) is like a half a swiss ball on a platform. You can do a lot of cool balance and core work on the ball side and you can flip it over for even more fun. Rememeber the first time you did crunches on a swiss ball? Think five times harder and you have crunches on a bosu. It is pretty cool. Cheapest I have found is at powersystems.com, my favorite company for equipment!
