I'm having trouble getting a good chest workout because my arms between the shoulder and bicep can't hols the weight. Basically my arms give out before I can finish my routine. Can anyone give me some suggestions. I get a good workout on everything but my chest.
Use less weight to start and slowly go up on each set.. your arms should be able to take it.. what part of your arm gives out before your done?.. your shoulders? I'm not totally sure.. maybe your grip is too wide or short?...
You simply need to strengthen the small muscles before really being able to work the big ones...... Take your time to work your forearms, arms and shoulders.
