How do I know when I will start losing muscle mass when i do cardio? When I started it seemed that my cardio/weight plan was quite well but now, a few months down the road i am really scared that my carido will cause me to start losing the muscle mass i have gained along. ANY input will be appreciated THANKS.
P.S My method of cardio is a treadmill.
