i've been lifting for about 2 months and i dont seem to be getting much stronger. i am a 15 year old male. should i watch what i eat or eat anything ? i drink protein ( whey ) before and after i work out with regular milk, should i drink it with low fat milk instead ? i also play football ( JV ) for my school team. i play wide receiver i want to get stronger but i dont wwant to get slower from eating to much fat food either. when i workout ( like when i do bench press ) should i put as much weight as i can ( i can do 95 pounds with 10 reps on the first set and then like 5 or 6 on the other 2 sets ) should i put more weights on or just do that much weight until i can do 10 reps on each set. and what should i eat ? PLEASE help

What is your max bench? I only have 95 pounds here at my house so I do that like 30 times then change my grip up and do it another 30 times. For a total of about 3 or 4 sets. Try to change your diet up too. I dont think the Milk has anything to do with it.

To get stronger you will need to inevitably gain a little more weight. Your key here is eating. You sound like someone who doesn't gain weight very easily. It comes down to eating, eat, eat, eat...
If you can bench 95 10 times try seeing how many times you can do 115....and then try like 125 with a spotter. To get stronger you need to lift heavier weights not stick to what you can lift now.
