I'v got this problem, I'm about 1.85 and 67 kg for anyone this is pretty good, but the problem is that i'v got fat around my waste. Especially in the lower part. Today i started to do abs, so tell me if i work my abs every day in the morning and in the evening, tell me how many repetitions of 15 abs per rept. should i do? And how soon should the results be visible?
