I've been working out alot but it doesnt show. I'm not working out to become ripped but when I see my biceps or triceps getting bigger it is a big self esteem boost. Which leads to more excercise. When I first started working out it showed right away and now, about two months later, it hasnt changed. Any advice?

Not Much for advice... But size takes time....
All I can say is stick to a proper diet and change up your weight training routine about every 2-3weeks. And give your muscles plenty of time to recover.

If you're working out and no changes then you need to check your diet. Probably not eating enough.

Thanks. I've been trying to eat small meals about 5 times a day and that might be it. Hey Dave what is your workout routine?

I weight train almost every other day for 75-90minutes a session and 1 of the days off I ride a bicycle for 45-50 minutes at a slow pace along a river here in Seoul Korea..
My weight training goes in sets of 2-3, deadlifts 135/10 switched up with bench press 210/12, then inclined push-ups 30 reps switched up with bicep curls standing, preacher curls, 40lbs./8-12; over head tricep curls 88/12 switched up with pull downs 50/36reps; pull-ups 1 set under hand 15reps weighted 25lbs. 1 set over hand 15reps weighted 25lbs. weighted dipps 25/15reps. 2 sets of crunches 14 center, 14right,14left, bicycle crunches. lastly chest flies on weight machine 190lbs./10reps.
During this time I have drunk 3liters of water...Tomorrow I'm gonna add some squats into the mix. The gym I work out at is outside on a mountainside so to get there I ride a bike for 10minutes and walk up hill for 10minutes..
Just in the past 2 months I have gone from 205lbs. to 188lbs. on the 6 small meals a day diet where 2 meals are shakes. The only thing I noticed in my work outs lately is that I have lots of energy for the whole time I workout and the loss of bodyfat.. I guess it's time to up the weight or intensity....

wow. All that hard work paid off. I work out as hard and as much as i can but its kind of hard because i only have a bench press but i have this Tony Little treadmill-like thing that was left in my house so i do as much cardio as i can on that. I havent lost any weight in the last two months but im trying to change some things to my diet to help me lose a little weight. Thanks, you've been a big help
