so does pilates and yoga really help tone u up?? some say it helps lose weight but i dont see how since theres no cardio

I find Pilates great for strengthening the core muscles, namely abs and back. I agree that it isn't a form of cardio and won't burn off much fat, but it sure tightened up my abs and made me look slimmer!

Your absolutely right about Pilates helping your posture. Wt training helps alot too!! The straighter you stand/sit/walk the slimmer you look!!
