I just started working out to lose weight. I have been doing Pilates to tone and stretch out my muscles and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on an aerobic routine that would compliment it well. Right now I am "running" 2-5 miles a day on an elliptical for my aerobics but it's getting very boring. Help me please :)

try some diferent dvds or videos - tea bo is fun, as are a lot of the aerobics tapes out there.
If you like pilates you might like power yoga - it is a flowing pose workout that makes you sweat!
There are tons of options - if you don't want to spend a lot check your library, or i have picked up some videos and dvds really cheap from amazon.com, they have used ones very inexpensive.

If they have any classes, try them out! Aerobics classes are fun and it is motivating to be gruleing alongside other people.
