Hmm, title is too long, it cut of my "ed"!

Anywho, I just found this link about women's weight training. It looks fun and educational, and seems geared to dispelling the myth that women who weight train "get big". I know you are having that problem with the Frenchies over there, so I thought I'd post for you.
