I am looking to do a BB show in April 2007, and am looking for some names of Trainers whom have trained women for Bodybuilding competitions before, so I can find one for me.. Anybody know?

Chris Bongiovanni trains women for shows in MN. Google her name to find her website.

There are a lot of trainers in MN who train women for shows...What gym do you go to? Ask the trainers at your gym if they know anything about training for a show - or ask the women who look like they compete.

Otherwise there are people online who can help you dial it in for a show. bb1fit here could do it, if he is so inclined. or you could look online for Kim Oddo's site, A lot of people do online consultation and diet/routine planning.

What show are you doing in April 2007, is that the Ms Minnesota?

It is the Gopher State Classic, April 14th at Cnetral Middle School in Plymouth Mn
