Personal Exercise Program/ HELP

I filled out my profile for weight loss, special glutes/thighs & (12wk) abs program. FT. has set a program for me for 2 wks working

shldrs/forearm
legs/calves
chest
back/calves
triceps/biceps

What does this have to do with my glutes/thighs/abdomen, and losing weight?? Please explain.

ok lets get started
legs if your program includes deads than that will work your entire body. lifting will build muscle and muscle burns fat. lifting will help tone your entire body. work in cardio if you have to every other day or something. freetrainers has been around for like 7 years or so if they didn't know what they were talking about they wouldn't be here. its always a good idea to work the entire body. you cant spot reduce anyway.

Just because you want to do a glutes/thighs/abdomen routine doesn't mean that you should only do exercises for those body parts.

You need to workout the whole body, just focus more on those areas if that's what you desire.
