what are your goals? the shape of your body really doesn't dictate your workout routine, except maybe that you want to work on shaping your upper body more to balance out the width of your hips.

Hi Asimmer
i am 5.4 tall, weight 138 pounds after loosing 27lb in 16 months of very hard work.
my legs are still flabby though. i have started the 8 week program this week. by adding 45 min HIIT cardio a day for 6 days/week would that help, or i need to do less cardio?
what are your suggestions?
thanks

There are tons of questions on cardio but this post will answer most of them. Too much cardio can actually be counter productive.
