I have this http://www.hoistfitness.com/products/consumer/equipment.aspx?c=3&sc=5&pid=343
and I am wondering what workouts someone can suggest for it specifically primarily for weight loss and lean muscle mass...
it has pushups situps hanging things where you bring ya knees straight up and pull ups I can do one now... used to be able to do 40 in one sitting and win stuff from the marine recruiters in hs cuz of it.
I used to be on a kung fu stunt team... and could do plenty of different exercises and flips and now I have let my self go for a year... I am 194 lbs I would like to be about 140 or so I am training to be a law enforcement officer summer of 2009 and want to be totally fit by then I will take a pic of my flabby body to have something to go by and compare to an after photo
Also something that is really important that i dont full understand yet is putting together a set diet... how many calories i can have and how many i SHOULD have minimum...
One of the biggest issues i have is buying groceries that will be totally fine to eat and are healthy enough I have started buying bananas and i eat yogurt
sorry i know i sound like an idiot but this thing has me stumped and I have researched on it quite a bit and read others questions and their posted responses
Below is my calculated nutrition program...
Protein - 194 g
Carbohydrates - 485 g
Fats - 37 g
Total Calories - 3015 .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal
Thanks ahead of time

I dont want to sound like a jerk in asking this... but people that dont take the time to read any other posts or ask the same question answered in the same thread over 10 times in this place can get an answer the day they post something :( this has been 2 days now :(
I would really appreciate some input and ideas

You're asking a question that has been asked more than 10 times as well. Go to the nutrition forum and read the sticky posts there at the top. There is one specifically titled foods for healthy living or somthing like that. Print it off and take it to the grocery store. Try to eat off of that list at least 70% of the time.
For your exercises you are limited to what you have, pullups, pushups, and leg raises. You can sign up for a free home workout plan that doesn't require machines and weights, but without weights you won't gain much lean mass.
You can do different types of pull-ups, change your grip (overhand, underhand), tie some weight around your waist, whatever. Pushups you can elevate your feet to make it more of a decline press. Most of these machines also allow you to do dips which are more beneficial than pushups in my opinion.
The calories are too high if you want to lose weight. If you currently weigh 194 then shoot for somewhere around 2,300 calories or so (just a starting point). Eat lots of protein and vegetables, eat less processed stuff, no soda, fried food, etc., eat less carbs (don't cut them out all together, most people just eat way too many to start with).
