Lately and only lately I have been feeling fatigued and despressed. I am in a bulking stage working on getting bigger. I usually take a week off every 6-8 weeks. But this time I have pushed it a little farther. Am I tired because of overtraining? Or would something as a bit more of aerobic training help me to feel more endurance and not so down. I gave it up so I could continue to bulk up.. Help if you can, Thanks!

Overtraining is very personal, you feel tired, joints ache, maybe a head ache and not as motivated as before.

Jeremy to be able to bulk you need three things; work and lift hard, eat A LOT and REST!!!!! You are only destroying muscles in the gym and they need to recover to become greater and bigger. They are just doing their job but it takes time.
Now don't work against your muscles, work WITH them!!!
