hello, I am currently around 5'9 and 135-140 and i am much bigger than i have been before due to weight lifting, but i am still thin, I am wondering how I can increase my overall body mass quick..any suggestions?

There is no quick fixes. You need to eat big and lift big to get big. Start by raising your caloric in take with clean foods, then hit the weights hard. Also fill out your profile and set up a FT program and you will get there. Good Luck - Mike

look at your excercises, I ses many people doing lots of isolation lifts and none of the mass builders. Concentration curls, pretcher curls, 21's are all great excercises but not nessacirly for mass. Barbell curls, skull crushers, bench presses( the most popular) squats, deadlifts, cleans are all compund heavy lifts that build mas. Isolation lifts are done after these, Old saying goes... you need a rock before you can carve a statue.

Best exercises is as big andy says , deadlifts, squats, bent rows, power cleans etc....just lift as havey as you can with good form and eat good...should see results in 3 months or so.
