sorry about another question guys but i just started a freetrainers program and it seems as though even after doing the fully planned workout i'm out of the gym in 20 minutes. I take my time but 2 or 3 exercises goes by fast. For example, just machine squats and machine leg curls. Is this right?

Maybe you forget the needed time in between the sets and exercises. It's extremely important when you start to take heavy weights. Actually it's not when DOING the exercise that you are gaining lean muscle weight but when you are resting....
I cannot tell you how long you should rest in between your sets before I know your goals, your sex, your age.... but think of when working with heavy weights you normally need around 1.30-3 min of rest in between the sets. Not heavy but just toning; around 30-90 sec.

By the way, don't be sorry to ask questions. We are here to help you. It's our pleasure. Good luck!
